The PROFI ozone generator for washing machines is installed between the cold water supply and the washing machine, usually without any building work.
Installation steps:
- Choose a suitable place near the washing machine and the cold water supply.
- Mount the generator on the wall using the supplied brackets, screws and wall plugs.

Ozone, by contrast, works in cold to lukewarm water (20–30 °C), so there is no thermal stress on the fibres, and it breaks down back into oxygen after washing — unlike chlorine, it leaves no residue that would keep reacting in the fibre.
